Incompetent Bell

Bell hasn’t exactly been on the ball with our accounts lately. You see, it’s only today that our land line has been activated. This is despite them saying that everything was activated properly on the 2nd. So, today we plugged in the modem, hoping internet would be live. Nope. I called tech support and they informed of that my move order was cancelled by someone. Wtf?
