See, I'm sure that's true on certain levels. I know it's great, wonderful, and satisfying to do things for others, but at some point, you have to ask yourself whether you're ignoring your own needs altogether.

I mean, I could easily say that I'm learning my discipline for the betterment of mankind. In fact, that's pretty much what the iron ring that I received represents. However, good intentions are not going to lead me to do that much better. That being said, I know I'm going to end up doing great things.

However, I'll be honest, for the remaining time that I'm here, I'm going to enjoy what I can, or else I'll go insane. My marks are being sacrificed as a result...but I know that's not going to change without me giving up a lot of who I am.

Some would call that laziness, and it just so happens that I agree.

(sigh) That is soo true..
Laziness seem to be the main enemy of accomplishment.
But the only thing that can be it is motivation.
However it seems to me motivation is something that is hard to make for one's self.
It is easier if you are doing it for someone else.
One is normally satisfied with doing what will make you happy now.
I think that thinking of what you will be doing for others can help with long term goals.
