Something for me to reflect on…
Earlier today, out of total relative boredom I decided to message a friend with a simple statement indicated that I’d just had a “particularly satisfying BM.” Charming, no? It took him a moment or two to decipher what I meant with the acronym “BM.” When he did, me messaged back indicating that he figured it out based on who it was he was chatting with.
You know what? It’s not like I can even refute it; among friends I’m marked as a purveyor of juvenile humour. Farting and toilet humour? Yeah…usually me. On the one hand, I’m glad that people have me figured out well. On the other hand, is this something I really want to be known for? Sure, I have other dimensions and they’re quite appreciated. Still…it doesn’t seem to reflect well on me.
