5 slices of pizza,
a slice of banana cream pie,
30 chicken wings,
1 macaroon,
3 litres of tea,
and
1 pint of beer
After all of this, I’m feeling slightly rotten.

There are tricks to it. The main one I can think of is eating fast enough to be able to override your “full” signal. If you eat fast enough to get things in before your body figures out it doesn’t want any more, then you can manage to get more down.
Not that I’m advocating over-eating. >_<

Oh God, I suppose I should qualify this list. This wasn’t all in one go–it was spread out over the day.
Irony is that the wings and beer was with my running buddies. We’re all supposed to be health nuts. Heh.
