&lt;b&gt;Hui&lt;/b&gt;: That&#039;s nice of you.  It&#039;s a good thing whenever I write these things because usually I&#039;m still on a runner&#039;s high.  I suppose it makes the words that come to me ooze more meaning.

&lt;b&gt;Bong&lt;/b&gt;: I was actually expecting to do a little worse given the rough start.  I always seem to have rough starts on races!  Sure, having a bad start then pulling through by the end tends to make for a greater story, but it would be nice to run a race where I&#039;m strong throughout.  Yes, healing always takes time.  I hope you&#039;re not forcing the process faster than you should be!</description>

I&#039;m still nursing this calf injury, and the healing process is very slow. If it doesn&#039;t get any better, I may end up signing up for your next LTR clinic or even the Learn to Walk :)</description>
